Supported the transition of Lehigh Defense’s operations from Lehigh County, PA, to Bogata, TX, managing the complexities of employee layoffs, new hires, equipment relocation, site scouting, and stakeholder engagement at local, state, and federal levels, reporting project success by timeline and budget. Oversaw all aspects of business administration, with support from Wilson Combat CFO, compiling and distributing weekly financial reports to company ownership and leadership, detailing checking account balances, booked revenue, inventory value, and billed revenue. Improved processes for enrolling new dealers and provided dedicated support for Law Enforcement and agency sales, optimizing outreach strategies and enhancing customer relationship management to strengthen market penetration and service delivery.

Established and implemented a program to market small arms projectiles and ammunition to US and allied governments, navigating regulatory obstacles, identifying and attending key trade shows, and building a robust customer base to include USSOCOM, Milwaukee Police Department, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the Danish Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization. Managed all aspects of international exporting and importing operations to several allied countries, ensuring adherence to ITAR and EAR regulations and achieving full regulatory compliance during an audit by the Bureau of Industry and Security. Organized the successful import of destructive devices from Germany under a type 11 FFL and BATFE import license and served as ITAR Empowered Official and DSCA FSO while maintaining two government furnished machine guns for government research contracts. Designed and produced technical specification sheets, managed the Shopify website backend for commercial ammunition sales, conducted live fire ballistics demonstrations for law enforcement, and represented the company through public speaking at DoD technology events.
